At Moorabbin Primary School we are committed to our school developed Authentic Inquiry Curriculum which prepares students to be active participants in their learning, as an inquirer both in the classroom and as Global citizens.

We pride ourselves on the pastoral care of all our students. We maintain small classes to enable students to work closely with their classroom teachers who become very familiar with the individual needs of each child and their families. EAL literacy support staff are employed to assist international students with language acquisition.

Moorabbin Primary School is committed to providing, personal and cultural education to its international students, meeting all Department of Education & Training (DET) policies and guidelines in relation to their needs.

The school leadership team are responsible for monitoring all academic progress and welfare of students. International students would have the opportunity to share in the fun of learning English alongside our students and would be able to participate in many whole school, wellbeing and community based activities.
Cultural exchange with local students, buddy programs and special interest activities, such as sport, incursions, excursions, visual arts, performing arts, ICT, Science, Our TERRIFIC Values and student leadership would all be provided to our international students as well as customised special interest/cultural tours when possible.
